In 2021, Delaney earned her real estate broker's license, leveraging over a decade of experience across both the marketing and project management realms of commercial and residential real estate. Motivated to take her career to new heights, she aspires to help others achieve their own real estate dreams, much like her goal of becoming a homeowner and building wealth through property ownership. Delaney aims to prevent fellow millennials from repeating her own misperceptions about homeownership, including the notion that a 20% down payment is necessary, and to educate them on the first-time homebuyer programs available.
Who is Delaney?
As someone who has recently transitioned to Southern Idaho, Delaney brings a fresh perspective to the local real estate market. Growing up in the Greater Seattle Area, she attended Western Washington University to study marketing with a specialization in digital marketing. Delaney started her career in residential real estate, where she focused on elevating the team's social media presence and online marketing efforts. Later, she joined a marketing agency to continue honing her skills in the digital space.
Delaney's experience working as a project manager at CBRE on the Microsoft campus gave her a unique insight into the commercial real estate industry. However, in 2021, she decided to make a change and shift her focus to representing buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market.
