Scoria Vineyards

This land, untouched by our multi-generational farming family, lay barren due to the challenging wind-blown sand and volcanic scoria rock soil. Our vineyard stands as one of the warmest locations in the Pacific Northwest, uniquely capable of fully ripening the Petit Verdot grape variety, renowned for its extended hang time. Each year, these clusters are the final ones to grace our crush pad. To unlock its full complexity, we patiently age this wine longer than the majority of wineries, creating a Reserve that reveals all of its subtle nuances.

Koenig Vineyards

Prioritizing minimal intervention in the cellar, carrying forward the winemaking legacy forged by their founder, Greg Koenig, which has been faithfully embraced by the new owners, James and Sydney Nederend. Their commitment is to bottle wines that authentically reflect their vineyard origins. A varietal lineup includes Viognier and Syrah, exceptionally well-suited to Idaho, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Riesling, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, Chardonnay, and Port-style dessert wines, crafted with spirits from the Koenig family distillery. Occasionally, it also produce Ice Wine and late-harvest wines influenced by botrytis.

St. Chapelle Winery

Established in 1975 in Emmett, Idaho, Ste. Chapelle is renowned for crafting exceptional wines from the Snake River Valley. Relocated to its current location in 1978, the winery rapidly expanded, producing a range of varietals including Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. Their beloved "Soft" series, featuring Soft Red, Soft White, and Soft Huckleberry, continues to grow in popularity.

Sawtooth Winery

Established in 1987 within Idaho's Snake River Valley, Sawtooth Winery emerged from the fertile pastures once owned by the Pintler family. Recognizing the potential of their south-facing, hilly terrain, they ventured into wine grape cultivation. Under winemaker Meredith Smith's guidance, Sawtooth Estate Winery has garnered national acclaim for Riesling, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Merlot, and Tempranillo. Each bottle of Sawtooth embodies the spirit of adventure, Idaho's allure, and the natural splendor that thrives amid the valley's snow-capped mountains and pristine rivers.
